Initially, my hands were numb, my body tired easily, I often burped but there was no stomach ache, every morning I woke up with aches and pains as if I had just done heavy physical work, and I often had headaches that started with pain in the back of my neck but there was no cholesterol. There were so many, it was like I was working on contract, but the problem wasn't the project that was contracted, but the sickness 🫢 ...symptoms that I don't know if they were due to my age or because every day felt like the end of the month 😂 ...now my body condition has started to improve. Slowly the symptoms are starting to subside. And this review was written after the second visit because it was to maintain the condition that had started to improve so it wouldn't return to its initial condition. 😃

Initially, I complained of shifting abdominal pain and persistent bloating. The doctor said it was a stomach problem.
I've taken quite a lot of medication daily, but the symptoms haven't subsided.
I was also hospitalized due to unbearable stomach pain. After being discharged, and my symptoms persisted, I tried searching online for other alternatives, searching for officially certified TCM practitioners in Batam.
Finally, I found ICCM and consulted with a practitioner. After being examined and prescribed herbal remedies based on my symptoms, I took them regularly for two weeks. The results were quite positive. The pain and bloating gradually subsided.
I'm continuing with the treatment for my current autoimmune RA. I hope this also yields positive results.

I think this is a professional TCM clinic in Batam. Now, if you're looking for traditional Chinese medicine, you don't have to go far. My urinary tract infection improved after a week of treatment, but to prevent a recurrence, I continued with the herbal treatment for another two weeks. So far, there has been no recurrence. Thank you.

have attended this clinic since my severe TBI…. and I recommend this clinic! the doctor is really approachable and knowledgeable, and his sharing about other TBI cases was really helpful. the herbal medicine that he gave I feel like made a big difference, but because I’m going for other treatments for my TBI causation is rather hard to build. but without this clinic I think I’ll be really lost, because I experienced something whose outcome is really hard to see. I walk more smoothly now and started going back to work this week, so again, recommended!

Great service, polite staff, and punctual schedules. Consultations were conducted in person by a Chinese doctor, not online. I liked the detailed explanations and the unhurried approach. It was a pleasant experience.

The Chinese healer was friendly, patient in explaining things, and very thorough in her examination. After several visits, my body felt more balanced and I slept better. It felt different from regular treatment, more comprehensive.

My father has a history of diabetes for more than 20 years, in 2024 he was diagnosed with 30% remaining kidney function with a high creatine test result of around 1.7. this is one gem of TCM in Batam. the practitioner maybe young but have many years of experices and good education background. i have gastro intestinal issues and Tay sinseh always listen ,check and ask thoroughly before deciding what herbals to drink. this made him a very good sinseh. a meticulous one with great morals.
clinic cleaniliness were spotless. totally clean and sterile. price were considered affordable for TCM clinic but you paid for quality certifiied TCM practicioner with clean and top quality herbals. it's worth a try.

I used to have frequent stomach aches. Every time I had stomach aches, I'd go to the Chinese medicine doctor at ICCM, and after taking herbal medicine, my bloating disappeared. The service here is excellent, and the checkups aren't haphazard, but rather detailed. 👍👍👍

My mother has had a urinary tract infection for over six months. I Googled for a Chinese medicine practitioner in Batam and ended up here. I was recommended by a friend in Batam to visit ICCM. I used to suffer from sore throat for years, especially after eating biscuits. After about 2 weeks of herbal medicine, my throat got better and now I can even enjoy some biscuits without any problem. After 1 month of treatment, I feel healthier and fitter than before.
